Responsibilies

• Coordinate with General Manager for production, KPI especially production target and material budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering team and General Manager for commissioning planning and readiness.
• Coordinating with PPIC Head for preparing production planning based on delivery planning provided by PPIC/Sales.
• Develop SOP and WI for Production Process and Commissioning Activity, revising accordingly with new methods and/or market adjustments.
• Lead, organize and supervise, production runs as efficiently as possible according to the desired time, type and quality.
• Maintaining the company’s desired production quality standards.

Desired Qualifications

• Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology.
• Male/Female with minimum 5 years of experience with having combinations of experience in Process, Production, and Management positions.
• Having strong leadership skills
• Have good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• High work motivation and attention to detail
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP
• Willing to be located in Wonogiri, Central Java.

Responsibility

•  Ensure process and goods standards are up to date and applied correctly.
•  Determine Sales and Manufacturing Quality Specification with sales team and general manager.
•  Develop Quality Plan for Operation team and QC Laborat.
•  Develop and maintain HACCP and Determine OPRP and CCP in Glucose Plant.
•  Determine Raw Material Quality Specification with purchasing team.
•  Develop SOP and WI for QC test.
• Lead the Lab team to enforce stringent and impartial quality aspects of product.

Desired Qualifications

• Candidate at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in , Chemical Engineering, Food Technology.
• Male/Femal with minimum 5 years of experience in QC, Process, Management fields.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (ISO, ext)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibility

• Prepare Stand-by mechanics and electricians to support commissioning team
• Develop SOP and WI for corrective and preventive maintenance, especially for core equipment.
• Develop Maintenance work system together with General Manager.
• Lead the Maintenance team to ensure minimum downtime with effective upkeep.

Desired Qualifications

• Candidate at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and knowledge in Food Technology.
• Male with minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance field.
• High knowledge and implementation : TPM, ISO, MMS
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Having strong leadership skills
• Have good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• High work  motivation and attention to detail
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP
• Willing to be located in Wonogiri, Central Java.

Responsibility

• Assist Line Manager in shift-to-shift production planning execution.
• Create Material Request for supporting material needed by production.
• Coordinating with CWM shift leader and utility shift leader to ensure raw material and utilities availabilities needed for production.
• Supervise and direct their operators to run production plan.

• Male with minimum 3 years of experience in Process and Production.

Responsibility

• Run DCS and maintain equipment operability based on WI.
• Fill logsheets and take samples based on Quality Plan
• Coordinating with FG Warehouse and Weighbridge for product filling to truck.

Responsibility

• Checking samples taken by Operators based on the SOP and WI developed by QC Head
• Organize and stores FG retain samples.
• Fill logsheets and records based on Quality Plan.
• Validate CIP and Cleaning result based on operator cleaning reports.

Desired Qualifications

• Candidate at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree Chemical Engineering, Food Technology
• Male/Female with minimum 3 years of experience in Testing/QC Field with Food background
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Having strong leadership skills
• Have good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• High work  motivation and attention to detail
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP
• Willing to be located in Wonogiri, Central Java.
